Notes:

His very first event was Entry level and he placed 8th out of 30 competitors. He has shown in many schooling shows and Hunter/Jumper shows locally.   Diego also spent 3 years at Hawkridge farm where we received lessons from Olympic rider Selena O'Hanlon and her mother Morag Oh'Hanlon.

Diego is a very quiet TB gelding. He is currently turned out with a herd of 20+ horses. In the summer he can be a little studly and want his mares, so he does better when turned out with just geldings. He's great on trails alone or with other horses. He is used to the indoor/outdoor arena. Jumps courses and cross country courses. As long as the rider is brave he's brave as he is always eager to please, a confident rider is important for him. He would also make a lovely dressage horse with some extra training in lead changes & side passes. He doesn't need a stall, but would be fine in one, or waterproof blankets if kept outside.  He grows a fantastic winter coat every winter so a really thick blanket is not necessary.   His owner is only selling Diego due to lack of time with work and family, as well as pregnant with her second child.   Diego is a very special and talented horse. His owner would like to see him in a loving home where he will continue to receive all the TLC he enjoys.
